Shame on we Indians

Saddam a hero in Kerala village

Former Iraqi president Saddam Hussein may be a tired prisoner these days, but unknown to him, he is a political hero for a group of villagers in Kerala.

This reminds me of the Khilafat movement back in the 19th century. When British were crushing us at their home, the muslims were concerned and fought agaist the british not for themselves, but for the Turkish caliph. (Caliph became Khilafat)

This sounds similar to that. And the Indian Government is fidlling with them entering the name "Saddam Beach" in the revenue records and other govt documents. These should have been curbed in the beginning itself. Better late than never. When our govt takes a decision, whether we like it or not, we have the moral duty to stand by it. Anyone who goes against amounts to waging a war against the state. Be it anyone, they have to be shown the place they shud be in.

Calling Tipu Sultan beach as Saddam beach could be a fancy fo rsome, but it is neverthless a grave injustice and disrespect for the one who have fought for his country and people. Leave alone drawing any comparison between them, placing saddam over him is ... Oh !!! somethign unthinkable. And now, it has gotten into the govt records.

Everyone has the birthright to say that I like Saddam or I feel sorry for what is happenning in Iraq or even Say that I hate USA. You own a boat and you own the right to name it whatever u want. Why Saddan, you can even name it as Osama. But, none has the bloddy right to hoist Iraqi flags on the Indian soil. And how can the guardians of the law and order allow this?

Its high time, people needs someone to teach them what patriotism is. We need to learn a lesson or two from the protests in Nepal. Not just the common man but also the GOI.

Do not shame the entire Indian population for the uselessness of the government and the actions of some Muslims. Muslims are seriously becoming a threat to the world and are threatening to take us back to the middle ages(or rather the middle east which is still in the middle ages as far as attitudes are concerned despite all the money and the technology given by the Americans). It is high time appeasement of Muslims by any country is stopped and efforts are made to remove the fanaticism present in them by making them free from the clutches of the mullas.
